INGREDIENTS FOR THE BATTER

  • 1.5g salt
  • 2 pcs egg
  • 440 ml milk
  • 200 g Benefitt gluten-free flour mix
  • 60 g coconut fat or oil

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING

  • 2 pcs ripe banana
  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp erythritol or other sugar substitute
  • 2 dl whipping cream
 

Batter preparation

    Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl to make a crepe batter, then fry it in a pan in the traditional way.

Filling preparation

  • 1
    Blend the banana with the cocoa powder and sweetener until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Whip the whipping cream, then add it to the banana mixture. Mix until a smooth cream is obtained, then fill the crepes with it.
