- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the stems, then place them in a blender with the cottage cheese and honey. Blend until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture into an airtight container and place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
After the freezing time, remove and serve immediately. This ice cream is best fresh and is less suitable for long-term storage.
Chef's tip
Instead of strawberries, feel free to experiment with other fruits, such as blueberries, raspberries, or bananas!
