INGREDIENTS FOR THE PANCAKES
- 240 g fine oatmeal
- 3 ripe bananas
- 6 Eggs
- 30 g room temperature butter
- Vegetable cooking oil for greasing the pan
INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING
- Fresh fruit for flavouring
- Plain yoghurt
- Maple syrup
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling on the pancakes
- Mint leaves for garnish
PREPARATION
- 1Mash the bananas with a fork. Then combine with the oatmeal, add the eggs and butter, and finally mix them together.
- 2Grease a pan with oil, spoon some batter onto it, shape the pancakes to 8-10 centimetres in diameter, then cook both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
- 3When serving, flavour with fresh fruit and yoghurt, drizzle maple syrup on top and lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar. Finally, garnish with mint leaves.
