INGREDIENTS FOR THE PANCAKES

  • 240 g fine oatmeal
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 6 Eggs
  • 30 g room temperature butter
  • Vegetable cooking oil for greasing the pan

INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING

  • Fresh fruit for flavouring
  • Plain yoghurt
  • Maple syrup
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling on the pancakes
  • Mint leaves for garnish

PREPARATION

    Mash the bananas with a fork. Then combine with the oatmeal, add the eggs and butter, and finally mix them together.

    Grease a pan with oil, spoon some batter onto it, shape the pancakes to 8-10 centimetres in diameter, then cook both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

    When serving, flavour with fresh fruit and yoghurt, drizzle maple syrup on top and lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar. Finally, garnish with mint leaves.
