- 250 g mango (fresh or frozen)
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 100 ml milk
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon honey
Cut the mango into cubes and place them in a tall-sided container. If using frozen mango, there's no need to wait for it to thaw; you can work with it immediately.
Pour in the milk and blend with an immersion blender until completely smooth and creamy.
Add the Greek yogurt, honey, and a pinch of ground cardamom, then blend everything thoroughly again. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Chef's tip
If using fresh mango, add a few ice cubes to the blender to make your drink truly ice-cold and refreshing!
