- 200 g fine wheat flour
- 400 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- jam for spreading
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
- cooking oil for frying
- a pinch of salt

- 1In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk using a hand whisk, add the melted butter and salt, then gradually mix in the flour until you get a smooth batter. Let it rest for at least an hour.
- 2Lightly grease a non-stick pan with cooking oil or butter and heat it over medium flame. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan with a ladle and spread it evenly in a circular motion. Cook both sides of the pancakes until golden brown.
- 3Place the finished pancakes on a plate, spread with jam, roll them up, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- 4Tip: It's worth greasing the pan with a brush so that the fat is distributed evenly and the pancakes are not too greasy. For best results, use a special pancake pan.
