Vegan Marble Bundt Cake

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a bundt cake pan thoroughly with oil and dust with a little flour to prevent the cake from sticking.

In a large bowl, mix the liquid ingredients: plant-based drink, oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract. Then add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.

Pour half of the batter into another bowl and mix in the Dutch cocoa powder and an additional 2 tablespoons of plant-based drink.
