Preparation method
Prepare a plate and line it with baking paper. Dip the cherries into the yogurt, place them on the baking paper, then put them in the freezer for at least 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie. To do this, prepare a saucepan with a little water and place a heatproof bowl on top so that it does not touch the water. Heat the water until it simmers.
Break the chocolate into the bowl and add the coconut oil. When the water starts to boil, reduce the heat and melt the chocolate over the steam, stirring continuously.
Chef's tip
Instead of cherries, you can also use strawberries or raspberries for variety.
