- 20 g Butter
- 15 ml cream, min. 31%
- 5 g Chives
- 2 g Salt
Steps
- 1Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the cream and whisk the eggs with a fork.
- 2Heat the pan over low heat, pour in the eggs whisked with cream, and use a flat wooden spoon to scrape the eggs from the bottom of the pan. After 3 minutes, when the scrambled eggs start to solidify, gradually add the butter, stirring continuously.
- 3After 1.5 minutes, remove the pan from the heat, season the scrambled eggs with salt and pepper to taste, mix, then sprinkle with chopped chives.
