  • 20 g Butter
  • 15 ml cream, min. 31%
  • 5 g Chives
  • 2 g Salt

    Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the cream and whisk the eggs with a fork.

    Heat the pan over low heat, pour in the eggs whisked with cream, and use a flat wooden spoon to scrape the eggs from the bottom of the pan. After 3 minutes, when the scrambled eggs start to solidify, gradually add the butter, stirring continuously.

    After 1.5 minutes, remove the pan from the heat, season the scrambled eggs with salt and pepper to taste, mix, then sprinkle with chopped chives.
