  • 40 g semolina
  • 250 ml milk
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 15 g sugar
  • Cocoa powder

PREPARATION

    Pour the milk into a pot, add a pinch of salt and stir in the semolina. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Continue stirring and cook for 2 minutes, then pour the semolina pudding onto a plate. Add the butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Tip
The semolina pudding must be stirred constantly during cooking to prevent lumps from forming. This is important because lumps cannot be removed later. You don't need to pre-melt the butter for flavouring, as it will melt by itself in the hot semolina pudding. Serve sprinkled with cocoa powder.
