Ez a házi recept nemcsak egészségesebb a bolti változatoknál, de az étcsokoládé és a liofilizált málna párosítása igazi ínyenc reggelivé varázsolja. Tökéletes választás joghurthoz vagy túróhoz, ha egy lendületes és finom napindításra vágysz.

- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 25 g pumpkin seeds
- 25 g sesame seeds
- 50 g almonds
- 50 g walnuts
- 30 g freeze-dried raspberries
- 10 g shredded coconut
- 15 g coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 sheet parchment paper
- 150 g plain yogurt
- 100 g cottage cheese
Place the seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame), nuts (almonds, walnuts) and shredded coconut in a bowl and mix thoroughly. If the walnuts or almonds are too large, chop them coarsely. Add the melted coconut oil and ground cinnamon, then mix again. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 160 °C for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate with the water. After 15 minutes of baking, remove the granola, pour the chocolate over it, and mix thoroughly. Return to the oven for another 3-4 minutes. Watch carefully, as it can burn easily! Finally, remove, let it cool, and mix in the freeze-dried raspberries.
Chef's tip
The finished granola can be served with plain yogurt or cottage cheese, but it is also excellent on its own as a healthy snack.
