  • 300 g oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

  • Toasted desiccated coconut
  • Coconut yoghurt
  • Banana
