Ingredients for the pancakes

  • 240 g fine oatmeal
  • 3 pcs ripe banana
  • 6 pcs egg
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tbsp vegetable cooking oil

For serving

  • 150 g fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 150 g plain yogurt
  • 30 ml maple syrup
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 3-4 pcs mint leaf

Preparation

    Mash the bananas thoroughly with a fork in a bowl. Add the oatmeal, eggs, and room-temperature butter, then mix everything into a smooth batter.

    Lightly grease a pan with cooking oil. Spoon the batter into the pan, forming pancakes approximately 8–10 cm in diameter, and cook both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

    Serve the finished pancakes with fresh berries and plain yogurt. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar to taste. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
