
Homemade Spiced Chai Latte

Preparation method
In a small saucepan, bring 300 ml of water to a boil. Add the cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, and ginger slice. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes to allow the spice aromas to fully infuse.
After 5 minutes, add the black tea (loose leaf or tea bags) to the spiced water. Let it steep for another 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
Once the tea is strong enough, pour in 300 ml of milk and heat the mixture until it reaches boiling point. Be careful not to let the milk boil over; just ensure it is thoroughly heated.
