INGREDIENTS
- 1.2 dl milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp loose leaf black tea
- 4 pods cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 piece 2 cm ginger
- 1 pinch fennel (ground)
PREPARATION
- 1Pour 2.5 dl of water into a saucepan, add the spices, then bring to a boil.
- 2Add the tea leaves and wait until the tea dissolves.
- 3Pour in the milk, then bring the whole mixture to a boil. Once it has boiled, remove it from the heat.
- 4Pour into glasses and sweeten to taste with sugar or even honey.
