INGREDIENTS

  • 1.2 dl milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp loose leaf black tea
  • 4 pods cardamom
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 piece 2 cm ginger
  • 1 pinch fennel (ground)

PREPARATION

    Pour 2.5 dl of water into a saucepan, add the spices, then bring to a boil.

    Add the tea leaves and wait until the tea dissolves.

    Pour in the milk, then bring the whole mixture to a boil. Once it has boiled, remove it from the heat.

    Pour into glasses and sweeten to taste with sugar or even honey.
