INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g cucumber
  • 200 g tomato
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 40 g olives
  • 15 g peeled red onion
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • 3 sprigs oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

PREPARATION

    Cut the pepper, remove the core, and cut the flesh into 2 cm wide pieces.

    Quarter the cucumber lengthwise, then cut it into 2 cm pieces.

    Remove and discard the core of the tomato, then cut the tomato into 2 cm pieces.

    Thinly slice the onion. Pick the oregano leaves from the stems and finely chop them. Dice the cheese into 1 cm pieces.

    Pour the lemon juice into a bowl, add salt, a pinch of pepper, and the olive oil, then mix. Add the chopped vegetables, olives, cheese, and oregano. Mix well and serve immediately.
