
Baked Salmon with Spiced Couscous

- 150 g couscous
- 10 g fresh mint
- 10 g fresh parsley
- 1 pc lemon
- 5 g basil
- 450 g salmon fillet
- 70 ml cooking cream
- 2 g salt
- 2 g pepper
First, preheat the oven to 180–185°C and prepare a baking dish (20 cm × 30 cm).
Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Once ready, add the mint, parsley, lemon zest and juice, basil, cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then pour the entire mixture into the baking dish.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side up on top of the couscous, put the baking dish into the preheated oven, and bake for 15-17 minutes.
