INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg chicken breast fillet
- 8 slices bacon
- 20 dkg Trappista cheese
- 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the chicken breast fillet and butterfly it. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then place it on the grill, or sear it in a pan and then transfer it to the oven.
- 2Once the chicken breast has reached approximately 75°C, add the bacon, drizzle with BBQ sauce, and top with cheese.
- 3You can grill the bacon, but it's not necessary.
- 4Return to the oven, cook the chicken until done, and let the cheese melt.
