  • 1 kg chicken breast fillet
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 20 dkg Trappista cheese
  • 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the chicken breast fillet and butterfly it. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then place it on the grill, or sear it in a pan and then transfer it to the oven.

    Once the chicken breast has reached approximately 75°C, add the bacon, drizzle with BBQ sauce, and top with cheese.

    You can grill the bacon, but it's not necessary.

    Return to the oven, cook the chicken until done, and let the cheese melt.
