INGREDIENTS

  • 120 g English cucumber
  • 80 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sweet cream, min. 31%
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sliced fresh dill + a small sprig for garnish

PREPARATION

    Wash the cucumber, dry it, then slice it. You can also cut the cucumber slices in half.

    In a bowl, whisk together the cream and sour cream, add the granulated sugar, a pinch of salt and a pinch of freshly ground pepper, then the vinegar and lemon juice. Stir in the chopped dill. Finally, add the cucumber and mix.

    Garnish the salad with a sprig of fresh dill.
Tip
You can also grate the cucumber on a coarse grater. Serve the salad immediately, or let it chill in the refrigerator. If chilled, stir before serving.
