- 115 g Miil blue cheese
- 110 g mayonnaise
- 70 g sour cream
- Juice of half a lemon
- 15 ml white wine vinegar
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

- 1In a large bowl, mash the blue cheese with a fork. It's good when it has a creamy consistency.
- 2Mix in the lemon juice, sour cream, mayonnaise, and vinegar. You should get a creamy dip in terms of consistency.
- 3Season with salt and pepper, and voilà: it's ready!
Tip
You can truly serve this dip with anything: it's a perfect choice for roasted meats and fish, raw vegetable sticks, but also for chips and tortillas. If you make it a bit thicker, you can spread it on sandwiches, and if you make it a bit runnier, you can use it as a salad dressing.
