  • 100 g bread
  • 200 g tomato
  • 50 g red onion
  • 50 ml red wine vinegar
  • 115 ml olive oil
  • 5 g basil
  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 1 g salt

    Preheat the oven to 190°C.

    Cut off the crusts of the bread, then dice the bread into approximately 1.5 cm cubes. Place them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little olive oil, mix thoroughly, and spread evenly on a baking tray. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 7 minutes. Then let it cool.

    Cut the tomatoes into larger pieces and the onion finely. Tear the basil leaves.

    Place the chopped tomatoes, onion, and basil in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper. Add the toasted bread pieces, drizzle with a little red wine vinegar and olive oil. Mix the salad and let it rest at room temperature. Stir again before serving.
