Ingredients
- 16 g cooked sushi rice (chilled)
- 20 g salmon
- 1 pc Tuna (chef's sushi)
- 1 pc Wasabi paste
- 1 pc Soy sauce (chef's sushi)
- 1 pc Pickled ginger
Steps
- 1Debone the salmon, then slice it thinly along the grain.
- 2Take a portion of rice in your right palm. With your index finger, take some wasabi paste and rub it onto the slice of fish. Place the slice of fish on top of the portion of rice.
- 3Dip the salmon nigiri into soy sauce flavoured with wasabi paste and eat it with pickled ginger.
- 4Pickled ginger pleasantly neutralizes the taste and aids digestion.
