INGREDIENTS

  • Half a liter of fruit tea
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 star anise
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

    Boil the water for the tea, steep the tea bags in it for 8 minutes (4 tea bags for 5 dl of water).

    Add the fruit juice, the squeezed orange and lemon juice.

    Add the spices (cloves and star anise can also be placed in a tea infuser for easier removal).

    Heat the punch for 10 minutes, but do not bring it to a boil.

    After tasting, if necessary, add more sugar or other sweetener.
  • 6
    Remove the spices before serving.
