INGREDIENTS
- Half a liter of fruit tea
- 250 ml apple juice
- 4 cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 oranges
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Boil the water for the tea, steep the tea bags in it for 8 minutes (4 tea bags for 5 dl of water).
- 2Add the fruit juice, the squeezed orange and lemon juice.
- 3Add the spices (cloves and star anise can also be placed in a tea infuser for easier removal).
- 4Heat the punch for 10 minutes, but do not bring it to a boil.
- 5After tasting, if necessary, add more sugar or other sweetener.
- 6Remove the spices before serving.
