Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 185 °C. Line a small loaf pan (approx. 18 cm × 7 cm) with baking paper. Prepare a large bowl.
Peel the bananas, place them in the bowl, and mash them with a fork. Add the eggs, softened butter, and honey, then mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle in the spelt flour, oat flakes, baking soda, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a uniform batter is formed. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and fold into the mixture.
