INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 2 eggs
- Guau! Guacamole
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION
- 1Toast the rye bread slices in a toaster or pan until crispy.
- 2Place the toasted rye bread slices on a plate.
- 3Spread a generous amount of Guau! Guacamole on top.
- 4Place 2 slices of smoked salmon on each avocado toast.
- 5To prepare the eggs, bring water to a boil in a saucepan, then add one tablespoon of white vinegar. Afterwards, reduce the heat.
- 6Crack the eggs into separate bowls. Slowly pour each egg into the saucepan, one by one.
- 7Cook the eggs for about 3-4 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolk remains runny.
- 8Carefully remove the poached eggs from the water with a slotted spoon, then place them on top of the salmon.
- 9Garnish with fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious salmon and egg toast with Guau! Guacamole!
