  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • Guau! Guacamole
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

    Toast the rye bread slices in a toaster or pan until crispy.

    Place the toasted rye bread slices on a plate.

    Spread a generous amount of Guau! Guacamole on top.

    Place 2 slices of smoked salmon on each avocado toast.

    To prepare the eggs, bring water to a boil in a saucepan, then add one tablespoon of white vinegar. Afterwards, reduce the heat.

    Crack the eggs into separate bowls. Slowly pour each egg into the saucepan, one by one.

    Cook the eggs for about 3-4 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolk remains runny.

    Carefully remove the poached eggs from the water with a slotted spoon, then place them on top of the salmon.

    Garnish with fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious salmon and egg toast with Guau! Guacamole!
