- 200 g mixed salad mix
- 100 g radish
- 10 pcs strawberry
- 0.5 pc avocado
- 10 pcs cherry tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 20 g pecan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch salt
Wash the vegetables and fruits thoroughly, then dry them. Slice the radishes thinly, quarter the strawberries and cherry tomatoes. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and skin, then cut into cubes. Also cube the feta cheese or crumble it into smaller pieces. Roughly chop the pecans.
In a large bowl, combine the salad mix, the prepared vegetables, fruits, and cheese. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, and salt until you get a uniform dressing. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, gently toss, then serve in bowls, sprinkling the remaining cheese and pecans on top.
