Ingredients overview
- 1 can white beans (400 g)
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 handful fresh coriander
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Cut the tomatoes, red onion, and chili pepper into small cubes, then place them in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients: the rinsed white beans, the finely chopped coriander and oregano. Season with freshly ground black pepper, lime juice, and white wine vinegar to taste. Mix thoroughly and serve fresh.
Chef's tip
The salad is even tastier if you let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving, to allow the flavors to meld.
