- 800 g seasonal fruit (apple, pear, orange, banana)
- Juice of 1 pc lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 50 g mixed walnuts and hazelnuts
Choose about two pieces of fresh, seasonal fruit per person. Wash, peel, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Place the fruits in a bowl and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice to preserve their color. Drizzle honey over them to taste.
Finally, sprinkle the salad with coarsely chopped walnuts and hazelnuts for a crunchy experience. Serve fresh.
Chef's tip
You can also enhance the salad with a little fresh mint or a pinch of cinnamon for a more unique flavor.
