INGREDIENTS

  • 900–1000 g watermelon, cubed
  • 10–12 g fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • 110 g feta cheese – crumbled or cut
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DRESSING

  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice (approx. juice of half a lime)
  • 25 g honey
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 15 ml balsamic vinegar

PREPARATION

    Place the watermelon, basil, and feta in a large bowl.

    In a smaller bowl, mix together the lime juice, honey, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

    Pour the dressing over the watermelon mixture, then gently toss to combine.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 1 hour until serving.
