INGREDIENTS
- 200 g peeled celery
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g chicken breast
- 100 g peeled and cored apple
- 60 g walnuts
- 20 g lemon juice
- 5 g salt
PREPARATION
- 1Cook the meat until tender.
- 2Cut the celery into sticks approximately 5 cm long, 3 mm wide, and 3 mm thick. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the chopped celery for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds, immediately remove the celery, place it on a flat colander, and put the colander with the celery into a bowl filled with water and ice. Once cooled, remove the colander from the water and let the celery drain.
- 3Cut the apple into strips the same way as the celery, chop the meat finely, and roughly chop the walnuts.
- 4Place the celery, walnuts, apple, and chicken in a bowl, then add sour cream, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and let it cool.

The recipe can also be made with leftover cooked or roasted meat from the previous day.
