- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 200 g canned tuna in its own juice
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 large tomato
- 50 g creamy white cheese
In a large bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and tuna along with its own juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Peel the red onion and cut it into thin rings. Core the bell pepper, then dice it along with the cucumber and tomato. Add all the chopped vegetables to the tuna base and mix thoroughly.
Divide the prepared salad among four plates, crumble the creamy white cheese on top, and serve.

When serving, you can offer fresh whole wheat baguette or pita bread alongside.
