- 1 tsp Granulated sugar
- 80 g Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Whipping cream 30%
- 1 tk Kristálycukor
- 1 tsp White wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice (100%)
- 1 tsp Fresh dill
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
Wash the cucumber thoroughly, pat it dry, then cut it into thin slices or half-slices. If you like, you can also shave it.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the cream, add the sugar, a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, vinegar, and lemon juice. Finally, fold in the finely chopped fresh dill.
Add the cucumber to the dressing and mix thoroughly. When serving, you can garnish with a sprig of fresh dill. It can be consumed immediately, but it is also excellent chilled in the refrigerator.
Chef's tip
You can also grate the cucumber on a large-holed grater for a more rustic texture.
If you prepare it in advance and put it in the refrigerator, be sure to stir it again before serving, as the cucumber may release water.
