INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe, medium-sized tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
PREPARATION
- 1Except for the tomatoes and oil, mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour in 50 ml of water and stir until the sugar and salt dissolve.
- 2Dice or slice the tomatoes. Place them in a bowl and add the dressing. Finally, add the oil.
