INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe, medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

PREPARATION

    Except for the tomatoes and oil, mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour in 50 ml of water and stir until the sugar and salt dissolve.

    Dice or slice the tomatoes. Place them in a bowl and add the dressing. Finally, add the oil.
Tip
You can serve the salad immediately or consume it later; for this, let it cool down in the refrigerator.
