INGREDIENTS

  • 140g PICKOLINO sausage
  • 1 bunch red radish
  • Spring onion to taste
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 160g lamb's lettuce

PREPARATION

    Clean the radishes, halve the smaller ones, and quarter the larger ones. Wash and dry the lettuce. Clean and slice the spring onions.

    Slice the sausages and fry them in a dry pan. Set aside.

    Put a few tablespoons of sesame seeds into a dry pan and toast them. Set aside. Drizzle oil into the pan, add the radishes, and fry them over high heat, stirring constantly.

    Arrange lamb's lettuce at the bottom of the plate, sprinkle with spring onions, then spread the radishes over it.

    Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, then cover with the sausage slices.
