INGREDIENTS
- 140g PICKOLINO sausage
- 1 bunch red radish
- Spring onion to taste
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- 160g lamb's lettuce
PREPARATION
- 1Clean the radishes, halve the smaller ones, and quarter the larger ones. Wash and dry the lettuce. Clean and slice the spring onions.
- 2Slice the sausages and fry them in a dry pan. Set aside.
- 3Put a few tablespoons of sesame seeds into a dry pan and toast them. Set aside. Drizzle oil into the pan, add the radishes, and fry them over high heat, stirring constantly.
- 4Arrange lamb's lettuce at the bottom of the plate, sprinkle with spring onions, then spread the radishes over it.
- 5Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, then cover with the sausage slices.
