Ez a frissítő uborkasaláta almával és krémes görög joghurttal tökéletes választás egy könnyű vacsorához vagy egészséges köretnek. A ropogós szárzeller és a friss fűszernövények különleges karaktert adnak neki, míg a citromlé és a szegfűbors pikáns csavart visz az ízekbe. Gyors, vitamindús és elképesztően finom!

- 550 g cucumber
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 500 g apples (tart)
- 200 g celery stalks
- 10 g fresh dill
- 20 g chives
- 150 g lemon juice (juice of approx. 1 lemon)
- 1 pinch of ground allspice
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
Wash and dry the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise, and scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Cut the flesh into approx. 0.5 cm cubes. Cut the apples into cubes of the same size as well.
In a pot, bring 3 liters of water to a boil and add a tablespoon of salt. Cut the celery stalks into 0.5 cm cubes and submerge them in the boiling water for 15 seconds. Then immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool down, and drain thoroughly in a strainer.
In a bowl, mix all the prepared ingredients (cucumber, apple, celery, chopped dill and chives, lemon juice, yogurt, and spices). Season with salt and pepper to taste, then place in the refrigerator to cool. Stir once more before serving.
Chef's tip
For the ice bath, use at least 3 liters of water with ice cubes so that the vegetable cools down as quickly as possible. Do not leave the blanched celery in the water for too long, only until it has cooled down completely.
