Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Wash the radishes, trim their stems and roots, then cut them in half. Season with salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the radishes evenly on the baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.
Once done, melt butter in a pan and heat until it foams vigorously and turns slightly brown. Add the finely chopped garlic and the roasted radishes, then sauté for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
