Wash the potatoes thoroughly, boil them in their skins until tender, then let them cool. Once cooled, cut them into 2 cm thick slices.
Boil the eggs until hard, then cool them in cold water and peel them.
Cut the green beans in half and cook for 4 minutes in 1 liter of boiling water, to which 1 tablespoon of sugar has been added. Then immediately place them in ice water to preserve their vibrant color, then drain.
Chef's tip
Do not overcook the tuna, as it can dry out. Its center should remain nicely pink!
Use good quality extra virgin olive oil for the dressing for the best flavor experience.
