Preparation of the salad

Toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan until golden brown, then chop them coarsely.

Drain the tuna thoroughly, then break it into smaller pieces in a bowl.

Grate the carrots coarsely. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and the spring onion into fine rings.
