Preparation method
First, prepare the base. In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flakes, shredded coconut, 160 g peanut butter, and 100 g maple syrup. Add one mashed banana and work into a uniform mixture.
Press the mixture evenly into a cake tin approximately 20 cm in diameter. Place the sliced banana on top.
For the first layer, blend the remaining 2 bananas, 200 g peanut butter, 120 g maple syrup, coconut flour, and coconut milk. Pour into the tin over the base.
Chef's tip
For the perfect consistency, use ripe bananas and soft avocado.
