Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Sift the spelt flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into a bowl, then set aside. Take a heatproof mug, grease it with melted coconut oil, and sprinkle with cane sugar.
Melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie, then let it cool for at least 5 minutes.
Chef's tip
For the bain-marie, put a little water in a saucepan, bring it to a boil, then place a heatproof bowl with the chocolate on top so that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly.
