Ingredients

  • 2 pcs sea bass fillet
  • 100 g tartar sauce
  • 5 pcs garlic
  • 150 g mixed salad
  • 25 g ginger
  • 45 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 pcs lemon
  • 3 g ground coriander
  • 1 g salt

Steps

    First, prepare the garlic-ginger paste. Place the peeled ginger, olive oil, a pinch of salt, and 3 cloves of garlic in a food processor, blender, or mortar. Blend everything until creamy. The paste can be stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for a long time, so you can prepare a larger quantity.

    Mix the curry paste, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, salt, the juice of 2 lemons, and 2 tablespoons of ground coriander.

    Coat the sea bass fillet with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Drain any excess marinade from the fillet and place it skin-side down in a preheated pan with a little olive oil. Cook both sides for 1-2 minutes until the fish skin is crispy.

    Serve with tartar sauce, quartered lemon, and mixed salad.
