- 400 g breadcrumbs
- 200 g plain flour
- 2 eggs

PREPARATION
- 1Clean the mushrooms, then coat them in flour, salted, beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry the breaded mushrooms until golden brown.
Tip
The fried mushrooms will be tastier and crispier if you add 50 ml of light beer to the egg. You can serve the finished mushrooms with tartar sauce.
