Preparing the meat
Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
Cut the rosemary into pieces of approx. 2 cm. Cut the garlic cloves lengthwise into three parts.
Pierce the lamb leg in several places and stuff with the rosemary pieces and garlic. Then brush with olive oil, and season thoroughly with salt and pepper. Place the meat on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for approx. 2 hours, until completely tender.
