Ingredients

  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 400 g steak
  • 1 drop of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

    Season the room-temperature steak with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil. Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side, then place on a plate and let it rest for 7 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare the chimichurri sauce. Combine a handful of parsley, 2 tablespoons of oregano, chili pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar and olive oil, then mix everything together.

    Serve the steak with the chimichurri sauce.
