Ingredients
- 1 handful of parsley
- 400 g steak
- 1 drop of olive oil
- 1 pinch of coarse salt
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Steps
- 1Season the room-temperature steak with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil. Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side, then place on a plate and let it rest for 7 minutes.
- 2Meanwhile, prepare the chimichurri sauce. Combine a handful of parsley, 2 tablespoons of oregano, chili pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar and olive oil, then mix everything together.
- 3Serve the steak with the chimichurri sauce.
