  • 2 chicken breasts with wing bone
  • 40 g Comté cheese
  • 2 slices of ham
  • Plain flour for coating
  • Egg for coating
  • Breadcrumbs for coating
  • Melted butter for frying
  • Salt

PREPARATION

    Separate the wing bones from the meat and remove the joints.

    Cut the cheese in half and roll a slice of ham onto each cheese slice.

    Cut pockets lengthwise into the meat. Insert the cheese slices rolled with ham, then press the meat together to completely cover the filling.

    Season the meat with salt on all sides, then coat it in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.

    Slowly fry the meat until golden brown on both sides in butter, ensuring the butter half covers it. While frying, turn the meat and baste it with butter from the pan until golden brown.
