- 2 chicken breasts with wing bone
- 40 g Comté cheese
- 2 slices of ham
- Plain flour for coating
- Egg for coating
- Breadcrumbs for coating
- Melted butter for frying

PREPARATION
- 1Separate the wing bones from the meat and remove the joints.
- 2Cut the cheese in half and roll a slice of ham onto each cheese slice.
- 3Cut pockets lengthwise into the meat. Insert the cheese slices rolled with ham, then press the meat together to completely cover the filling.
- 4Season the meat with salt on all sides, then coat it in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
