Ingredients
- 750 g chicken wings
- 80 g celery stalks
- 100 g carrot
- 200 g long white radish
- 5 g garlic
- 200 g sour cream
- 3 g chives
- 30 ml balsamic vinegar
- 2 g sweet paprika
- 50 g fine wheat flour
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 5 g salt
- 2 g pepper
Steps
- 1Clean the chicken wings, cut off the tips and cut them along the joints.
- 2In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper, then add the prepared wings. Mix them well, then set aside.
- 3Heat the oil in a pan to approx. 160°C.
- 4Coat the chicken wings in flour and shake off any excess. Fry them in the hot oil for about 15 minutes until golden brown. When done, remove them from the oil and drain them on a plate lined with kitchen paper.
- 5Clean the celery stalks, then cut them into 4 pieces.
- 6Clean the radish and carrot, then cut them to the same size as the celery.
- 7Slice the peeled garlic, mix it with the sour cream and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
