  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • Salt

    Cut the meat lengthwise into approximately 6 equal strips. Salt it and thread it onto the skewers.

    Add the crushed garlic, a pinch of salt, rosemary, and lemon juice to the olive oil.

    Brush the skewered chicken with this oily mixture, then place it on the hot grill and grill for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Tip
You can serve it with dips, tzatziki, sauces to taste, or even with a green salad, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of olive oil.
