- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Pepper
- Salt
PREPARATION
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2Season both sides of the chicken breast thoroughly with salt and pepper.
- 3Heat the oil in a large pan over high heat. First, sear the meat skin-side down for about 4 minutes until golden brown. While cooking, gently press the meat to the bottom of the pan so that the skin cooks evenly. Reduce the heat by half, flip the meat, and cook for another 3 minutes until this side is also golden brown. Transfer the meat to a baking tray and place it in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
- 4Place the cooked meat on a cutting board and let it rest for about 6 minutes. Then slice and serve.
