
Sesame Salmon

Preparation method
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, then drain and drizzle with a little lime juice.
Carefully cut the salmon fillets lengthwise into three thin slices. Sprinkle sesame seeds onto a board and press one side of the salmon pieces into them to form a crust.
Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the salmon, sesame-side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 1 minute, then remove from heat.
