Instructions
First, prepare the meat and the marinade. Clean the chicken breast, cut it into thin strips, and place it in a small bowl. Add the olive oil, gingerbread spice mix, salt, pepper, and grated ginger. Mix thoroughly and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
After the marinating time has passed, take the bowl out of the refrigerator. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat, and in a large pot, bring salted water to a boil for the spaghetti. As soon as the water starts to boil, add the spaghetti and cook for about 12 minutes, or according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, place the marinated chicken in the heated pan and sear for 1–2 minutes over medium heat. Pour in the 100 ml of chicken stock and cook over medium heat for about 6 minutes.
Chef's tip
When serving, you can sprinkle it with fresh spring onions or sesame seeds for an even more authentic experience.
