INGREDIENTS
- 750 g chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Plain flour for coating
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of salt

PREPARATION
- 1Remove the tips of the chicken wings and cut the wings at the joints.
- 2In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper, then add the prepared wings, mix well, and set aside.
- 3In a deep pot, heat enough oil to cover the chicken wings to 160°C.
- 4Coat the wings with flour, gently tapping off any excess. Fry them in oil for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Then remove the wings from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
Tip
You can serve the fried chicken wings dipped in sweet chili sauce and then in chopped chives, or even prepare them with BBQ sauce.
